We will only look to charge fees if we can help you. We won't make a charge to you for initial telephone calls and meeting and only once we agree a course of action which meets your objectives and start to put the plan into effect will we look to charge a fee.

We work on the basis of a fixed fee which we agree with you once we have looked at the complexities of your company and problems. The great benefit of this approach is that unlike lawyers, accountants and insolvency practitioners who all charge on a time basis, you can talk to us and meet with us as often as you need to. This is undoubtedly a testing time for you and your business, the last thing you need is to be worrying about running up costs every time you need to talk to someone.

Fees will usually be paid from the assets of the company so there is often no cost to the directors for our services, and in many cases we are able to arrange fees so that there is no cost at all to the businesses we save.
